All items may be returned or exchange within 21 days of purchase, except for those otherwise indicated at the time of purchase.
Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please send us an email at support@uniartz.com and provide us with your order number, name, full address, and the name or product number of the items you wish to return or exchange. We will reply with a RMA and our return address.
Please take care in packing and securing all items in durable boxes. You are fully responsible for any and all damages that occur during shipment. Also be sure to indicate the RMA number on the outside of the box. |
